1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilivet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing any part of jilivet — including its sportsbook, casino, account portal, or any associated mobile interface — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to all provisions contained herein.
If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of jilivet and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with Section 7. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to jilivet is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You are at least 18 years of age. jilivet operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds reviewed in accordance with applicable policy.
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by jilivet or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
- You have not previously had an account on jilivet that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms.
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
- You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person in relation to any gambling activity on the Platform.
jilivet reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks on any account at any time, including requesting government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold one single registered account on jilivet. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilivet will close all duplicate accounts and may confiscate balances held therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and primary payment method. Any deliberate provision of false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law.
You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. If any detail changes — particularly your contact information or payment method — you must update your account profile or notify the support team promptly.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jilivet will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately at support@jilivet if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your account to add an additional layer of security.
3.4 KYC Verification
Before processing any withdrawal, jilivet requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
- A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within 90 days)
- A screenshot or confirmation of your registered payment method (e.g., bKash or Nagad account details)
- A selfie holding your ID document, if requested by the compliance team
KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours under normal operating conditions. During peak periods, reviews may take up to 72 hours. All documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and stored using industry-standard encryption.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
jilivet currently supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- International Cards: Visa, Mastercard
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank (subject to availability)
Payment method availability may change from time to time. The cashier section of your account will always display the current list of available methods. jilivet does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party e-wallets not listed above, or payments made on behalf of another person.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad is ৳200. The minimum deposit via Rocket or Upay is ৳300. The minimum deposit via Visa or Mastercard is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification (see Section 3.4). Once verified, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 5 minutes. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay are typically completed within 10 minutes. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
jilivet processes withdrawal requests during normal operating hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the next available opportunity. We do not charge fees on withdrawals for BD mobile banking methods; card withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the transaction.
4.4 Responsible Transaction Use
Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits funded by a third party, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. jilivet is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards and will report suspicious transactions where required.
5. Bonus & Promotions Policy
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
jilivet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.
- Wagering contributions by game type vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10%–20%). Exact contributions are listed per promotion.
- Bets placed while a bonus is active must meet the minimum stake requirements specified in the promotion terms.
- If a player withdraws their real-money balance while bonus funds remain active, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
- jilivet reserves the right to void bonus awards and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or breach of eligibility criteria.
5.3 Promotional Eligibility
Promotions are available to eligible registered players only. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. jilivet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected players where practicable.
6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
jilivet is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
- Cheating and Collusion: Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through collusion with other players, use of automated bots or scripts, exploitation of software bugs, or manipulation of game outcomes.
- Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or wallet provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using matched betting to circumvent wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional mechanics.
- Money Laundering: Using jilivet to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of illegally obtained money. All transactions are monitored for AML compliance.
- Unauthorised Account Access: Accessing another player's account without their explicit consent, regardless of whether you know their login credentials.
- Match Fixing or Inside Information: Placing wagers on events where you have access to non-public information that would give you an unfair advantage over other bettors or the Platform's odds compilers.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Suspension by jilivet
jilivet reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account — including placing a hold on pending withdrawals — at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably suspect:
- A breach or potential breach of any provision of these Terms
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity by the account holder
- Unusual transaction patterns that trigger our AML monitoring systems
- A valid legal request or court order requiring us to restrict the account
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
Suspended accounts will be reviewed by the compliance team. If the review concludes that no breach occurred, the suspension will be lifted and full account access restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and outstanding balances dealt with in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
7.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at support@jilivet. Before closure, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked and all marketing communications suspended. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon confirmation. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilivet, its directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform, including any interruptions, delays, or errors in game software or sportsbook pricing
- Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your login credentials
- Technical failures, server outages, or network interruptions that affect the outcome or recording of a wager — in such cases jilivet's decision on void or settlement shall be final
- Errors in odds, prices, or game payouts caused by typographical mistakes or data feed errors — jilivet reserves the right to void and re-settle any bet affected by a manifest error
- Your reliance on any promotional material, blog content, or third-party reviews when making gambling decisions
Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. In all other cases, our aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to jilivet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilivet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the fitness of any game for a particular purpose, or the accuracy of any odds or pricing data provided by third-party data suppliers.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our standard complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration administered in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.
